CIAF 2027 Feeds Application

CIAF invites Food Vendors to submit an Expression of Interest to to be part of 2027 CIAF Feeds program.

Applicants may include food trucks, trailers, pop-up stalls, coffee carts and other food and beverage operators. We are interested in a range of offerings, including local and regional produce, traditional and contemporary food, specialty dishes, desserts, non-alcoholic beverages and other niche experiences. Whilst this EOI is open to all food vendors, First Nations vendors are highly encouraged to apply. CIAF is committed to prioritising First Nations-owned and led food businesses as part of its ongoing support for creative and cultural enterprise.

Please provide as much information as possible when completing the form, including details about your offering, stall setup, equipment, experience and availability.

Expressions of Interest Close: 1 March 2027
Applicants notified of outcome: 30 March 2027
Balance Payment Due: 30 May 2027
CIAF 2027 Program: 8–11 July 2027

Thursday 8 July 4pm – 10pm
Friday 9 July 9am - 5pm
Saturday 10 July 9am - 5pm
Sunday 11 July 9am - 3pm

Please note: By submitting an application, you agree to trade for the full duration of the event, from opening to closing, across all four days. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection or inclusion in the CIAF program.
